The preconditioner ensures the mixing and preconditioning of materials inside the cylinder, effectively improving the pre-gelatinization of the materials. There are two common types of conditioners: single shaft preconditioner and double shaft type, and sometimes they can be combined for specific needs.
The material is pre-ripening through a conditioner before entering the extruder. Mainly used for the production of aquatic feed and high-end aquatic feed, the conditioner adopts multi-point steam inlet, with a long tempering time, sufficient tempering, high ripening degree, allowing the material, steam, and liquid to be fully sheared and mixed under blade stirring, ensuring full ripening of the material, and good water stability.
4.How it works
Various products are gathered in the sealed mixing chamber of the pre-conditioner. The double-shaft mixer achieves rapid and precise uniform mixing, using steam and heat to determine the internal temperature of the mixture. The mixed product is discharged from the outlet and enters the next step of the production process.
