Screw Elements are divided into conveying thread components, shearing thread components, and special thread components:
(1)The conveying threaded components include: forward conveying threaded components and reverse conveying threaded components.
(2)Shear threaded component: mainly refers to the kneading block, which provides high shear force and has the ability to distribute and disperse mixing. It is always used in pairs or in series. Common parameters include 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, and 90 °. Different parameters have different functions and effects.

4.Strict Quality Controlling
1. Internal splines are inspected with spline plug gauges to ensure the interchangeability of components.
2. All components are finished by CNC grinding after heating, the shape error is controlled within ±0.015, the distance between the kneading block and the thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.03, the length tolerance is controlled within ±0.01, and the surface roughness of the shape All ≤ ra0.8, completely eliminating the influence of heat treatment deformation on component quality.
