Production process

The snack extruder machine tested this time utilizes an advanced rotary head extrusion process: corn grits are precisely moistened with water mist and then fed into the extruder. Through the high-speed friction and torsion of two rotating discs, the material is instantly curled and shaped, and then the length is precisely controlled by a precision cutting blade, perfectly recreating the iconic crispy texture and uniform shape of Cheetos corn sticks.

Production capacity and stability 

This production line utilizes a 22kW high-efficiency power system for its main motor, and a 200L vibrating feed hopper ensures uniform feeding. It features a built-in rotary cutting device, a handwheel for precise adjustment of the copper disc pitch, and an integrated control cabinet with real-time display of feeding speed and adjustment gap. The machine body is constructed with stainless steel sealing plates and includes a double-sided rotating discharge conveyor belt, achieving a stable output of 200-300KG/H.
