Pasta Production Line Commissioned And Shipped Successfully

Our company has recently completed the assembly, full-process trial run, and performance commissioning of a customized pasta production line. All technical specifications have been met; the equipment has been packed and officially shipped, ready for delivery to the customer for immediate production use.

The delivered pasta production line encompasses the complete manufacturing process, including flour mixing, extrusion molding, cutting, drying, and cooling. Utilizing a single-screw extrusion process, the equipment allows for the production of various macaroni shapes—such as straight tubes, spirals, and shells—simply by changing the mold. It features a dryer that enables segmented, constant-temperature drying of the extruded product, effectively preventing cracking and uneven moisture distribution. This ensures the finished product's texture, appearance, and shelf life, while meeting the needs for stable, medium-batch production.

During the workshop commissioning phase, our technical team conducted multiple trial runs based on the customer's actual raw material specifications. They repeatedly calibrated parameters such as extrusion speed, cutting, and drying temperature-humidity curves, while rigorously verifying the machine's operational stability and product quality to ensure rapid deployment upon arrival at the customer's facility. Key contact components are made of food-grade stainless steel, complying with hygiene standards for food production. The system is user-friendly, with parameter storage capabilities that simplify operational requirements for the customer.

From initial consultation and equipment manufacturing to pre-shipment commissioning, the project team maintained strict quality control at every stage, incorporating solutions for the customer's specific production challenges directly into the commissioning process.
